Esther Celamy-Williams

Esther Celamy-Williams is a proud Florida native who has called North Wilmington, Delaware home since 2013. A top graduate of her nursing class in 1999, Esther began her healthcare career at a young age and has since built a distinguished and multifaceted professional path dedicated to the care and advocacy of older adults.

In 2019, she earned credentials as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the NCCDP and as a Certified Montessori Dementia Care Practitioner (CMDCP). Demonstrating her ongoing commitment to lifelong learning and specialized senior care, Esther has also become a Certified Geriatric Informed Professional (CGIP), Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS), Personal Care Home Administrator, and Assisted Living Administrator.

Expanding her scope of service, Esther has entered the guardianship field, where she serves as a Guardian of Person and Property. She is also qualified to act as a Healthcare Proxy and/or Durable Power of Attorney for aging individuals—particularly “orphan seniors” who lack family support.

Esther’s extensive clinical experience includes emergency medicine, medical-surgical nursing, assisted living, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, and skilled nursing unit management. For more than 12 years, she has worked in hospice, home health, and IV infusion services, serving as a Clinical Nurse Liaison across Florida, Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

In 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Esther launched Elite Senior Advisers (now dissolved) to better support seniors during an unprecedented time. Building on that foundation, she established CW Senior Support in 2021, offering care management, Power of Attorney services, and more. In 2025, she proudly founded EverCare Guardian Services, specializing in guardianship for the elderly population. Esther currently holds active nursing licenses in good standing in over 40 U.S. states.

Supporting the senior population is Esther’s lifelong passion. As the owner of CW Senior Support and EverCare Guardian Services, her mission is to ensure that every senior—and their family—receives the respect, dignity, and compassionate care they deserve.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Esther is deeply engaged in her community. She serves as President of her neighborhood civic association and as a voting board member of the Delaware Nurses Association (DNA). In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family and her beloved dog, Gizmo.
